taming content was developed in 2013, from a call put out by the european union, to artists and videographers, from previously colonised african
countries, to do a 2 minute film, on the right to access to artistic freedom and expression.
the film highlights the western cultural onslaught, and the continued challenges the black voice faces, in a tightly ruled white world.
